A severe case of COVID in 2020 turned Lisa's life upside down, leaving her hospitalized for 14 days and in rehab for another two weeks. When she finally recovered, she learned she no longer had a home. HopeLink stepped in, helping her get into an apartment and provided seven months of rental assistance until she could take over payments herself.
