MEDIA ACCREDITATION FORM

Media representatives are invited to submit their accreditation requests by Wednesday, Tuesday September 8, 2026. The Victoria Lord PR team will be in touch after the deadline to confirm the status of each application.

If you would like to request red carpet interviews with specific inductees, inductors, performers, presenters, speakers, or Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame representatives, please indicate your preferences in the COMMENTS section below.

Freelance media are kindly asked to provide a letter of assignment from their editor confirming coverage. Letters may be emailed directly to info@vlpr.com.

Accreditation is open to wrking media representing recognized outlets. All required documentation must be submitted by Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Photo passes and reviewer seats are limited and must be requested through this form, as they cannot be issued on-site. The Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame values your interest. Submission of this form does not guarantee accreditation, but all applications will be carefully reviewed, and you will be notified if approved.
