1. Eligibility and Age Requirement I certify that I have provided accurate information about my name, age, gender and legally single, divorced, widowed, or otherwise legally free to date. 2. Assumption of Risk I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending and participating in dancing, social activities, participant interactions, and event activities. 3. Release and Waiver of Liability I release and hold harmless Carmel Ballroom Dance Studio, Dance to Romance, its organizers, volunteers, venue owners, sponsors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising from participation in the event. 4. Participant Responsibility and Interactions Attendance does not guarantee romantic matches, dates, friendships, or relationships. Dance to Romance does not conduct background checks and makes no guarantees regarding attendees. 5. Photography, Video and Media Release Photography and video recording may occur during the event for promotional, marketing, social media, and future event purposes. By attending Dance to Romance, participants acknowledge that they may appear in photographs, videos, group shots, or background footage captured during the event. Dance to Romance reserves the right to use such media for advertising, promotional materials, websites, social media, printed materials, and future event marketing without compensation. Participants who have concerns regarding photography or video recording are encouraged to speak with event staff at check-in. While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate requests, Dance to Romance cannot guarantee exclusion from all photographs, videos, crowd scenes, or attendee-created social media content. 6. Privacy and Code of Conduct Participants agree to act respectfully and may be removed without refund for inappropriate behavior. 7. No Refund Policy All sales are final. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers will be issued. 8. BYOB Policy Participants are solely responsible for any beverages they bring, consume, or share. Dance to Romance does not provide or serve alcohol. 9. Medical Authorization I authorize emergency medical assistance if needed and accept responsibility for all resulting expenses. 10. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by Indiana law, with venue in Hamilton County, Indiana.
