Official Rules

Entry Period

The giveaway begins August 1, 2026 and ends November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM (local time). Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• One (1) entry per person.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a TYM T224 Hydrostatic Tractor with Loader with an approximate retail value of $14,900.

Prize Conditions

• The prize has an approximate retail value of $14,900 and has no cash value. It may not be redeemed for cash.
• If the winner wishes to upgrade to a larger tractor, SR1 Equipment will allow the full $14,900 prize value to be applied toward the purchase of a new, in-stock tractor, subject to dealer approval and standard sales terms.
• Any additional costs beyond the prize value are the responsibility of the winner.

Taxes & Delivery

• The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.
• The winner is also responsible for any delivery, transportation, or shipping costs associated with receiving the prize.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The winner will be contacted using the information provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable period, SR1 Equipment reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of SR1 Equipment, which are final.
• SR1 Equipment reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
• SR1 Equipment reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

Publicity & Media Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants SR1 Equipment, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives the irrevocable right to photograph, film, record, interview, and otherwise capture the winner's name, likeness, voice, image, statements, and appearance in connection with the giveaway and prize award.

The winner further grants SR1 Equipment a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit such photographs, videos, recordings, and related content in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to social media, television, radio, print, websites, digital advertising, and other promotional or marketing materials.

The winner acknowledges and agrees that they will receive no additional compensation, royalties, or other paymentfor the creation or use of such content beyond acceptance of the prize and expressly waives any right to inspect, approve, or control the finished materials or their future use.

Identity Verification

Entries must be submitted using the entrant's true and accurate legal name and contact information. Participants may only enter on their own behalf. Entering on behalf of another individual or providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information is strictly prohibited.

Before a prize is awarded, SR1 Equipment reserves the right to verify the winner's identity by requesting a valid government-issued photo identification or other documentation. The name on the identification must reasonably match the information provided at the time of entry.

If SR1 Equipment determines, in its sole discretion, that an entry was submitted on behalf of another person, contains false or misleading information, or that the individual claiming the prize is not the original entrant, the entrant will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
