I hereby release the Humane Society of Carroll County, Inc. (HSCC) from any responsibility or liability for injuries, damages, or loss of personal property that may occur during activities I participate in on behalf of HSCC. I waive all claims against HSCC, its Board of Directors, agents, or employees. I agree to follow all HSCC regulations, policies, and procedures, understanding that failure to do so may result in termination as a volunteer. I sign this release freely and voluntarily, acknowledging that it is a legal document and that I had the opportunity to seek legal counsel before signing. |
