Register for the McLarens BIBA 5k run in aide of IUAD

By registering for the Fun Run, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

1. Event Description: The Fun Run, organized by McLarens, will take place on 15^th May 2024. Participants will have the opportunity to run a 5k course in support of Alzheimer’s Society.
2. Participant Eligibility: By registering, participants certify that they are in good health and physically capable of completing the course.
3. Race Rules: The Fun Run will start promptly at 7.30am. Participants must follow the designated course and abide by all instructions from event staff.
4. Safety Guidelines: Participants are responsible for their own safety during the Fun Run. It is recommended to stay hydrated, pace oneself, and seek medical assistance if needed.
5. Liability Waiver: By participating in the Fun Run, participants agree to release McLarens, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during the event.
6. Cancellation Policy: In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the Fun Run may be cancelled or postponed.
7. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner and respect the rights and safety of others. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate by event staff may result in disqualification.
8. Photography and Media Release: Participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and photographs taken during the Fun Run for promotional purposes by McLarens and affiliated partners.
