| Democracy only works when everyone has a real say in how we move forward. But across the country, that access is under threat, and protecting it requires all of us. The YWCA South Florida Community Justice Challenge is a FREE 21-day journey running June 15 through July 13 that equips you with the knowledge, tools, and community to confront the systemic inequities shaping our democracy. Because democracy truly does take all of us.
This year's theme: Democracy in Progress: Voting Rights at 250
Monday through Friday, you'll receive one carefully curated piece of content (an article, video, podcast, or action step) focused on voting rights and what we can do to protect them. YWCA South Florida will also host weekly virtual discussions where participants can reflect, share, and plan how to take action right here in South Florida.
If you need accommodations to participate in the Community Justice Challenge, please reach out to Sarah Coleman at scoleman@ywcasouthflorida.org. |
