This program is designed for individuals who:

  • Battle fatigue and struggle with consistency
  • Feel disillusioned by quick-fix diets
  • Seek holistic well-being enhancements and crave the accountability to commit to positive lifestyle changes.



Program Overview

  • In your 1-hour initial consultation, we will delve deep into your medical, social, and family history, exploring your weight loss challenges and setting empowering goals together. 
  • Receive a customizable nutritional plan from a registered dietician along with a detailed grocery list to assist you in preparing healthy meals.
  • Attend weekly virtual sessions with program participants to discuss a variety of topics such as goal setting, mindset, emotional eating, and meal prep. Sessions foster accountability and community.
  • Engage in monthly challenges, virtual and in-person sessions on mindfulness, nutrition, cooking demonstrations, and physical fitness activities to introduce fun ways to stay active.
  • The program will begin on March 2nd and will end on May 25th. The cost to participate in this program is $199 per month.
