Join Body, Brain, and Balance Trainer Kristen Nielsen for an energizing session on how simple, ongoing physical activity can protect your brain, improve your balance, and keep you healthy at home. This interactive event combines an informative presentation with a fun, gentle "get up and move" session where we will try out practical exercises together. Come learn how easy it can be to invest in your long-term health, and please wear comfortable clothes and shoes so you can move with us!
