Bio: Betsy received her certification at Yogaville, in Virginia, in 2013. Starting out with “Happy Hours” at yoga studios, she soon was giving presentations for a number of local cancer support groups, an Assisted Living Memory Support Unit, and various civic groups. In 2018 she started a weekly laughter club at her church and, since the start of the pandemic, laughter club has been on zoom. Betsy looks forward to sharing the documented physical and mental health benefits of Laughter Yoga with the WM community, including caregivers.
