Interfaith University Bible College is searching for passionate and dedicated educators to join our esteemed faculty on a commission-based structure. We are looking for experienced college teachers and professors who can provide exceptional instruction in various disciplines related to theology, biblical studies and dialogue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive curriculum in your field of expertise.
- Foster an engaging classroom environment that aligns with the principles of biblical understanding in alignment with our Statement of Beliefs on or off-line.
- Evaluate and assess student performance, providing timely feedback.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the college’s academic programs (Usually online).
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and spiritual growth.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Theology, Biblical Studies, Religious Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience at a Christian bible college or in church leadership level.
- Strong commitment to fostering biblical dialogue and understanding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate technology into teaching.
