The Cobb County Sheriff’s Office invites the community to join Sheriff Craig D. Owens Sr. and members of the command staff for a special Community Briefing on Oct. 1, 2026. This event will bring residents together to recognize Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Domestic Violence Awareness Month, celebrate the graduating class of the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office Citizens Academy and provide important updates from the Sheriff’s Office. Attendees will have an opportunity to hear directly from Sheriff Owens, honor survivors and those impacted by these issues, celebrate community members who have completed the Citizens Academy and stay informed about the work happening across the agency. |
