Pray the Word with the Living Word
Advent & Christmas 2026

Each week Pray the Word with the Living Word provides personal daily prayer prompts focused on one of the Sunday Mass readings for days 1-3 and a corresponding paragraph of the Catechism of the Catholic Church for days 4-5. An optional small group guide is provided for those journeying with others.

In our reading, meditation and prayer before the Blessed Sacrament, we will ponder such questions as:

• How is Jesus calling me to prepare my heart to receive him at Christmas?
• What obstacles within me need removal? Are there valleys in my soul to be filled? Mountains to be leveled?
• How can I help others prepare to receive Jesus this Christmas?
