| The Northeast Transition Collaborative Network (NTCN) supports the successful transition from school to adulthood for students and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism.
NTCN promotes information sharing and partnership across school, agency, and home settings. NTCN offers monthly virtual sessions on adult services and community opportunities and quarterly professional development for educators focused on person-centered transition practices.
As an approved PDP provider through the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), NTCN allows for educators to earn Professional Development Points (PDPs) toward licensure renewal for participating in information sessions and completing requirements.
