Join us on the 4th Thursday of the month for our introductory four-part discussion series focusing on exploring queer topics in healthcare.

The discussion series aims to discuss healthcare experiences and research from a systematic perspective, highlighting the intersections of fatphobia, ageism, gender normativity, racism, transphobia, homophobia, heteronormativity, citizenship status, socioeconomic status, disability, and neurotypicality.

Each discussion will focus on selected chapters from The Remedy: Queer and Trans Voices on Health and Health Care and The Care We Dream Of: Liberatory and Transformative Approaches to LGBTQ+ Health both edited by Zena Sharman, along with selected articles on LGBTQ+ health research. The discussion series will take place on the 4th Thursdays - Feb 22, Mar 28, April 25, and May 23.
