| Join Worcester ACTs for MISSING IN BROOKS COUNTY A film depicting a story of border crossing trauma
Immigration continues to be a hot button issue in the United States. Even though most of our population left their country of origin to find a better life here, we often target new arrivals. We have a narrative that they are a threat to our resources and our security. Missing in Brooks County tells the story of forced deportation and the systems set up by our government to make entering the US at our southern border nearly impossible. The film illustrates the life-threatening circumstances people endure to come here.
