Born and raised in Berkeley, Liz has lived and taught yoga in Oakland for more than ten years. Liz began practicing yoga 20 years ago as a pessimist with very little proclivity for physical activity. Since then, yoga has allowed her to feel good physically, as well as to find alignment mentally and spiritually. Liz attended her yoga teacher training with more than 300 students from 40 different countries and loves witnessing people of such different personalities, shapes, sizes, and backgrounds find their own benefits from practicing. Off the mat, Liz loves playing pickleball, hiking, and cooking with her 6-year-old. |
