I understand and agree that Extra Table FEEDS and CHOW Logistics are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or property damage arising from my participation in volunteer activities, including office work, food packing, warehouse work, picking up or delivering food, or similar activities, even if such injury, loss, or damage results from ordinary negligence. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Extra Table FEEDS and CHOW Logistics from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in these volunteer activities. |
