COVID-19 Lodging Safety Information Update
Dear Valued Guest,
Prior to your arrival at any of our six rocky mountain resort locations, please become familiar with the specific impacts due to Covid-19. We appreciate your assistance in following the guidelines below to keep you and the people around you safe:
SUMMIT COUNTY (BRECKENRIDGE, KEYSTONE): The dial places Summit County in Level Green: Little to No Threat. In Level Green, the majority of business sectors are fully open, with only minor restrictions on large events and mask wearing.
PITKIN COUNTY (ASPEN/SNOWMASS): Effective Friday, May 28th at 12:01 a.m. the majority of the existing public health protective measures will no longer be required. Two key exceptions are that Pitkin County Public Health will continue to require face coverings in public indoor settings and on public transportation. More information can be found in this newsflash.
As long as COVID-19 cases remain low, Pitkin County will continue to follow Level Green requirements on the State Dial through May 27th. We ask for our entire community to practice personal responsibility and take the actions to help stop the spread of COVID-19: Get Vaccinated, Mask Up, and Socialize Smart.
EAGLE COUNTY (BEAVER CREEK, VAIL): May 19 will mark the first time there will be no local public health orders since March 12, 2020, six days after the first reported COVID-19 case in Eagle County. Rescinding the order removes all local requirements for mask use, gathering and capacity restrictions, and physical distancing. However, state orders remain in effect with mask requirements for public indoor environments, which does include schools for the remainder of the school year, as well as limiting large indoor events to 500 people. Federal regulations still require masks when using public transportation, which includes ECO Transit and the Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE).
