November 17th 2020 Special Presentation:

Choices in Senior Living with Choice Connections

Understand the value of having a plan for where to live as you age. Today there are many choices of senior living.  Most people want to remain in their home but what if that isn’t possible?

This virtual workshop features Eunice K. Neubauer of Choice Connections, a Senior Housing Advisor with over a decade of experience helping people come up with a plan and often navigating choices in a crisis. Eunice will educate you and provide you reasons to figure out what your future living plan may look like. You will also learn what these options cost. Having a Plan B is wise and gives you more choice and control as you age.

Eunice Neubauer is a Certified Senior Advisor and specializes in helping seniors and their families make the best choice in senior living when living at home may no longer be the preferred or best choice. Eunice graduated from Valparaiso University in 1983 and worked 23 years for Thrivent in the corporate office before venturing out to start her own business in 2009 called Choice Connections. She advocates for seniors to have choice and control in where they live as they age. Many times, it's the adult children who call her to help them with navigating placement for their loved one. Eunice is a member of the St. Paul Senior Workers, Elder Resource Association and MGS. Eunice resides in Inver Grove Heights with her husband Keith and is active in her church and local community.

Please note that this is STEP ONE of a TWO-STEP Registration Process.

Step One: Register for the Event using the button below.

(But don't click the button yet. Read the entire set of instructions first)

Once you click on the button below and register, you will see both a confirmation page AND our booking system will send you a confirmation message to the email you used to register with us.

Step Two: The Zoom link contained on the confirmation or in the confirmation email will take you to a second page, which is the registration process for our Zoom Virtual Conference Platform which will ask you to re-enter your name and email to confirm. That second registration will generate a meeting invitation email which contains your UNIQUE MEETING LINK AND PASSCODE that will allow you to log-in to the meeting/call/workshop at the appointed time.

Yes, we realize that a double registration process can be a bit frustrating, however this addition step is to protect our virtual meeting from uninvited guests gaining access to the online classroom and causing any type of nuisance or disruption.

Thank you for your patience with this additional SHIFT safety process and protocol.

In the event that SHIFT cancels a program, you’ll receive a refund of your registration payment.

SHIFT will not issue credits or refunds in the following circumstances:

  • You cancel your registration
  • You register but do not attend
  • You attend but leave early
  • You do not attend all sessions of a multi-session course
