Studio Re-Opening Procedures & Guidelines

As we re-open, we want to be as safe as possible. Please review the following guidelines and procedures, so that you are aware of what we are asking you to do, as well as what we will be doing.

What we are doing:

  • Classes will have client caps and we will begin with a limited in-studio schedule.
  • You must pre-register for class. Walk-ins will not be permitted. Registration for classes is available until 3 hours prior to class start.
  • Stations will be taped out on the floor so clients can maintain a minimum of 6 feet distance during workouts. Crates will be provided for personal belongings within these stations.
  • No mats or towels will be provided, please bring your own. We will have a limited number of mats available for purchase. We are also not allowed to use fans, and no cubbies will be provided at this time.
  • All entry will take place through the front door (facing Reading). All exit will be through the door facing parking lot.
  • No babysitting will be provided at this time.
  • We will require you adhere to the 12 hour cancellation policy, since we have limited spots and will be utilizing the waitlist. If class is full please put your name on the waitlist. (Late cancellations for illness are the exception).
  • Instructors will not be moving around class, and will not perform physical form corrections.
  • The studio will be professionally cleaned and common areas wiped down with bleach wipes on a frequent basis. We have replaced all air filters with heavy duty HEPA filters.
  • We will continue to offer online classes in addition to in-studio classes.
  • No showers will be available at this time, and the drinking fountain may only be used hands-free, with your personal water bottles.

What we ask you to do:

  • You will be required to sign our revised waiver upon registration for your first class back in the studio. You will be prompted to do this via MindBody.
  • Doors will be unlocked 10 minutes prior to class start. If you arrive before that, we ask that you wait in your vehicle until the doors are unlocked. Doors will be locked promptly at class time, so please be on time.
  • You are asked to wear a mask upon entry and anytime you are not in your personal workout space.
  • You will be asked a few health-screening questions upon check-in at the front door. All clients must check-in, as we have to maintain an accurate log of visits for Covid-19 tracing purposes.
  • Immediately use the complimentary hand sanitizer station upon entry, and proceed directly to your personal station in the studio. Crates for personal belongings will be provided at each space.
  • You will be responsible for setting up your own space (grab your weights, straps, rowers, etc, and clean them with provided bleach wipes at the beginning of class and again at the end, prior to putting them away). Please also sanitize the crates used for personal belongings.
  • If using the restrooms, please assist us by using disinfectant as noted on our signage.
  • If you have a temperature, or feel sick in any way, or have been exposed to a high-risk situation, you must stay home.
  • If you are immunocompromised or in a high-risk category, please consider taking online classes for the foreseeable future.
  • Maintain at least 6 feet of distance from one another at all times. No congregating in common areas, please give space when moving to and from rooms. This will be enforced by our staff!!
