• Tuesday Morning - 10am to 11am 
• Tuesday Evening - 6:30pm to 7:30pm 
• Thursday Afternoon - 4:30pm to 5:30pm 
• Saturday Morning - 11am to 12pm 
• Sunday Morning - 10am to 11:15am
