Living Life in Tandem with Gratitude

Re-cap 2020 and Move Forward Positively

Living life through the lens of gratitude allows us to be our best selves,

even in the times we feel challenged.

Kim Kane will provide an uplifting and encouraging presentation that is filled with humor, stories and positive takeaways. We will re-cap 2020, the effects it had on many of us, and ways we can continue to move positively forward... from Murder Hornets, world-wide pandemic, protesting and uprising across the world for equality, ‘Aggressive Gnats’ ruining outdoor fun... to a shifting of the sands from the Sahara Desert across the continent, causing a change in our climate and air quality. All in all, we’ve had quite the year!

Kim will include tips and strategies for living a grateful lifestyle, even in times when we may not feel as grateful as we would like (hello pandemic!). Her mix of stories, both humorous and tenderhearted, help to create the sense you are in her living room having a personal conversation over a cup of coffee... or more often than not, a glass of wine!

This forum will leave SHIFTers filled with encouragement and a sense of optimism.

You will be encouraged to examine the belief you bring to each day and to ask if it comes from a place of hope and joy or from despair and angst. The answer often guides the rest of the day… the rest of your life.
