The Health Equity Committee brings together community partners, providers, public health agencies, and NHP to identify and address barriers that impact health outcomes and access to care. Through collaboration, community engagement, member feedback, and data-driven insights, the committee helps guide priorities and strategies that advance health equity and address social drivers of health across the communities NHP serves. |
