In this daylong retreat, , we will take the teachings on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness into our meditation practice. We'll explore body, feeling tone, mind states & nature's truths. Through bringing continuity of mindfulness to our practice and daily life activities, we can see with clarity the nature of experience and widen our capacity to meet life skillfully.
The retreat includes instruction, sitting and walking meditation, and a Q & A period. You will have the opportunity to offer Dana or generosity to support the teacher and the continuation of these offerings. |
