This training will explore the intersection of substance use, anxiety and other trauma related disorders, the myth of substance use as an effective coping skill to manage other mental health symptom, and offer skills and interventions to treat youth and young adults with substance use, anxiety, and other trauma related disorders. The training will also focus on understanding how to incorporate substance use into the diagnostic picture and corresponding goals, objectives and interventions.
