We are re-starting our children’s meditation classes!
In these once/month classes, children learn simple meditations, as well as methods to calm their minds and deal with negative feelings. Classes include a short discussion about everyday experiences relevant to children, guided meditation, and fun activities that foster habits such as kindness, cooperation, patience, and giving. For ages 6-12. |
