Guided Grounding Meditation (LIVE online)

Join our Wellness Care Manager, Leanna, as she takes you on a Guided Grounding Meditation journey using our breath, body awareness, visualization and Mother Earth. This meditation is beneficial for anxiety, depression and overall relaxation.

- Please join from a quiet place where you're allowed to remain undisturbed for the duration of the event.
- You may light a candle and burn incense to bring more intention to the space if it's safe to do so.
- Remember to wear comfortable clothes and have a blanket handy since your body temperature might drop during meditation.
