This 4-hour program will assist real estate professionals in understanding their responsibilities and liabilities and what happens when they are exposed to lawsuits as well as complaints of violations of the Fair Housing Act. We will discuss the need for compliance with the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics and compliance with The Appraisal Foundation's position on discrimination. HUD enforcement cases and civil lawsuits will also be discussed. |
