Speaker Overview:

Dr. Jason Miller, DO is a board-certified psychiatrist, family medicine physician, and U.S. Air Force veteran with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare leadership. He currently serves as the Managing Partner and Chief Clinical Officer of Athra, where he leads efforts to expand access to psychiatric and substance use care in hospitals and communities nationwide.

A passionate educator, he founded and directed the 48-resident Psychiatry program at the University of the Incarnate Word School of Medicine. Throughout his career, Dr. Miller has remained focused on ethical care, leadership in crisis settings, and developing systems that truly support both patients and providers.
