Participants will be introduced to the three core principles of Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI)®, Empowering Principles, Connecting Principles, and Correcting Principles, and learn how these principles work together to create environments where children feel safe, connected, and ready to thrive. Through engaging discussion, real world examples, and interactive activities, attendees will gain practical tools they can immediately implement in out of school time programs to strengthen relationships, prevent escalation, and encourage positive behavior. |
