Main Ave. Platte, SD), from any PDC Board member, or online at plattesd.org LIVE Drawing to be conducted at NOON on September 21st from the HayDaze Stage (5th & Main). · Participants must be legal residents of the United States and licensed drivers who are 18 years of age or older. · All ticket sales are non-refundable. · IRS rules state that a raffle ticket purchase does NOT qualify as a tax-deductible charitable gift. · No substitutions for cash or other vehicles may be made by the winner. · PDC board members and staff are allowed to purchase tickets and participate in this raffle. · Winner will be selected in a random LIVE drawing to be conducted at NOON on Saturday, September 21st, 2024. If ticket sales have not reached 700 tickets by then the drawing will still be held. · The winner need not be present to win. The winner will be notified in person, by phone and/or by mail/email. · The winner is responsible for income and all other taxes, license, title, registrations, and any other expenses associated with receiving the prize. · Winner must make arrangements with Platte Development Corporation and Frontier Motors to complete title information and supply the necessary signatures. · The winner is responsible for any arrangements and expenses for delivery of the vehicle to any location outside of Platte, SD. · Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received. A maximum number of 700 raffle tickets will be sold. · Entry and acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, photograph, or other likeness for the purpose of promotion on behalf of the Platte Development Corporation and Frontier Motors Ford. · Proceeds from this raffle will be used to impact future economic growth in Platte, SD. |
