Join the Berkeley Center for Law for a transactional law skills workshop featuring Gibson Dunn Partners, Abtin Jalali and Chris Harding. This workshop will offer practical insights into how transactional attorneys use the LOI process to position their clients for success. The Transactional Law Skills Workshop Series is especially beneficial for 1Ls and is open exclusively for current UC Berkeley students, faculty and staff. Registration is highly recommended.
