Guided by Kimberly Reason, LT‘90, of DEI Strategies, LLC, participants will use their own experiences to practice strategic thinking and problem-solving skills that they can take back to their workplaces to address bias-related challenges with poise and acumen. Following this workshop, we hope participants will activate their peer groups to ease "the one and only” isolation that BIPOC leaders often face at work, replenish their emotional reserves, and brainstorm new strategies for succeeding through the persistent realities of workplace racial bias. |
