You MUST register in order to attend. Walk-ins may not be allowed in because of building security. We are asking for $50 via credit card now to cover the costs of the In-Person reception. However, if you find out later that you cannot attend, just notify us before Noon Eastern on May 8th (when we must give the final attendance number to the caterer), and we will be glad to refund your money. So, please do register now, knowing that if your plans change, you can get a refund.
VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE: We hope you can attend in person, but if you can't, you can participate free via Zoom. The Zoom meeting starts at 6 PM Eastern. If you check the box on your registration form indicating that you will be participating by Zoom, you will receive a reminder of the Zoom link a few days before the meeting. Please sign in a few minutes before the meeting starts at 6 PM. We will set up breakout rooms so Members who are participating virtually can socialize after the formal Program ends around 7 PM Eastern. Unfortunately, you will need to furnish your own food and beverage. |
