The IIBEC Southern Ontario Chapter invites you to support its mission to champion diversity and inclusion in an industry that has been a challenge for women and minorities. This event will consist of a half-day Forum that will provide something for everyone! From resources to help students from diverse backgrounds flourish to interesting research and project case studies that even the most seasoned professionals will enjoy. The goal of this event is to promote empowerment and self-efficacy, at the same time that we are building a sense of community and promoting our industry.
