Package Includes: • A generous cropping space - 6 foot table • A Welcome Goodie Bag • Over 15 Fabulous Door Prizes • Lots of prizes to win over the weekend • On-site shopping with our newest products as well as the basics • A swap table to trade unwanted supplies • Dinner on Friday and Saturday, plus an afternoon snack on Sunday. Breakfast is included with your Hotel stay.
Package Details: Summer Weekend - $195 Includes 54 hours of cropping from Noon Friday until 6 pm Sunday. Early Bird - $55 An extra 24 hours of cropping beginning Thursday at Noon to Friday at Noon. Dinner is included on Thursday night. There are no prizes available during the Early Bird.
The crop room will be supervised at all times, so your supplies will be safe when you take a break.
Staying at the Hotel: Our package prices do not include a hotel room for overnight stays. If you would like to stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, we have rooms blocked at $129 per night. Reservations for this rate must be made by July 6, 2024. Please contact the hotel directly at 1-866-807-2819 or 412-833-5300. Just mention that you are coming to Crop Around the Clock when you call. Cancellation Policy: $50 processing fee before July 17, 2024. 50% processing fee after July 18, 2024. No Refunds after August 1, 2024. Reserve your space with a $50 deposit, final balances are due July 18, 2024 |
