Meet the Speaker! Jim is a Senior Project Manager and the SUE sealing engineer for all CobbFendley SUE projects in Central Texas with 24 years of engineering experience. He has been a SUE engineer for 7 years, and his previous experience in municipal infrastructure and site development is an asset to his SUE projects because he understands of the needs and perspective of the design engineers and project managers.
