While board members from all community associations (including condominiums, cooperatives and HOAs) are welcome to register and attend, CEUs will only be available for:

- HOA Board Members: One CEU towards your annual requirement
Attendees will learn about about election law and procedures for condominiums, cooperatives and homeowners’ associations, including eligibility requirements and terms of directors, best practices for remote meetings, vacancies between elections, and election disputes. Course to be led by Kerstin Henze, Esq. (Kaye Bender Rembaum, P.L. Tampa location).
Registration begins at 9:30am and the program runs from 10:00am to 11:00am. Continental breakfast items will be served. |
