ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Melissa Lloyd is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 27 years’ experience. She currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ozarks Technical Community College, after having spent most of her early career leading human resources within the banking industry. Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University. Her career highlights include creating and implementing employee engagement strategies, developing training programs, and enhancing employee benefits. Her goal is to empower individuals and organizations to realize their full potential in terms of human capital.
