LCC Training June 2024 - Sparta

Land Conservation Committee (LCC) members are invited to attend this training to learn more about the roles and responsibilities of the land conservation committee. This training will cover the importance of LCCs and staff working together and will feature opportunities to hear directly from other LCC members and LWCD leadership. New LCC Handbooks will be distributed.

New and returning supervisors are encouraged to attend. County land conservation staff are also welcome to participate.

The Western Area Land and Water Conservation Association meeting will take place prior to the training, beginning at 9:30 AM. All members of the Western Area Association are welcome to attend.


The LCC Training will begin at 11:00 AM. Lunch is included and will occur at 12:00 PM, with an additional hour of LCC training to follow beginning at 12:30 PM.
