Roy Pelkey is a Certified EOS® Implementer in the greater Charlotte, NC, region. He is passionate about helping business leaders get what they want from their business and realize the true potential of their company. Throughout his career, he experienced first-hand the trials and struggles - and victories - of running a mid-sized company. He was a co-founder of an industrial automation distribution and engineering firm in Charlotte. They experienced great growth and the growing pains that go along with that. He introduced EOS to his business partners and successfully led the implementation within his company. When he left that business, he decided to follow his passion: helping other entrepreneurs and business owners enjoy the same success he had so he became an EOS Implementer.
