The Center for Transformative Health in collaboration with the Houston Health Department and the African American Health Coalition is hosting a Third Ward State of Health event. The state of health will:
• Assess the current state of health in Third Ward by reviewing health data, trends, and indicators to understand strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Provide an opportunity to develop plans and strategies to address health challenges.
• Foster coordination and collaboration among stakeholders involved in health-related efforts to promote alignment of goals and activities. |
