The Exhibit Hall is open to Sponsors who register for a booth on Monday & Tuesday during normal conference hours, we urge exhibitors to be set up before breakfast on day 1.
Set up for the Exhibit Hall and sponsor booths starts Sunday evening at 5 PM. Displays must be taken down by 5 PM on Tuesday. Do not leave any expensive items out on Sunday evening, or unattended during the event.
Our standard booth options include: 1 skirted table, 2 chairs, access to the 3 buffets at the event, access to Wi-Fi, and (optional) access to an electrical outlet for an additional charge. |
