Voluntary Donations Appreciated And Will 100% Benefit American Foundation for Suicide Prevention


AFSP is dedicated to saving lives and bringing hope to those affected by suicide, including those who have experienced a loss. AFSP creates a culture that’s smart about mental health by engaging in the following core strategies:

  • Funding scientific research
  • Educating the public about mental health and suicide prevention
  • Advocating for public policies in mental health and suicide prevention
  • Supporting survivors of suicide loss and those affected by suicide


Sasha Kusno is a Resident in Counseling and National Certified Counselor (NCC) at Two Rivers Wellness Center in Williamsburg. Sasha’s professional background includes work at non-profit organizations, including Postpartum Support Virginia and Latisha’s House. Postpartum Support Virginia is a state chapter of Postpartum Support International that educates families, healthcare providers, and communities about perinatal mood & anxiety disorders. Postpartum Support Virginia also provides resources to help new and expectant mothers and their families. Sasha organized local Perinatal Mental Health Coalition of Virginia meetings. She remains actively involved as a volunteer and received the 2025 Circle of Support award. Sasha has attended trainings through Postpartum Support International and is certified through the Institute of Reproductive Grief Care. 

Dr. Tony Dice is an addict, therapist, devoted husband, loving father of five, professional substance abuse group practitioner and owner of Bishop & Dice Defense, LLC. Dr. Dice’s experience as therapist, paramedic, firefighter, Navy SEAL and drug addict have allowed for a unique understanding of the human condition. Dr. Dice has been recognized at both the regional and national levels for his contributions to his profession and his service to the community. He has presented on addiction at national and international conferences, authored several articles and presented numerous workshops. He holds degrees in social sciences, human services, counseling education and supervision and is currently an adjunct professor at Old Dominion University where he teaches counseling and human services courses. 

Madeline Roberts Vann is Licensed Professional Counselor experienced in addiction/recovery, trauma (EMDR, CPT, FLASH, ASSYST-trained), grief and loss, and couples counseling. She is the Trauma Program Manager at The Farley Center where she provides 1:1 trauma therapy, facilitates a weekly grief support group, two groups specifically for military and veteran clients, and provide group psychoeducation and activities. In her six years with The Farley Center, she has led small therapy groups in an inpatient addiction setting, provided individual therapy, led a Grief support group and provided grief counseling, served as the primary trauma specialist for part of that time, and provided a range of educations on recovery, trauma and grief, for the patients and to families and friends. She primarily uses Motivational Interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is also trained in and working on certification for EMDR, and is working on TF-CBT and CPT training for trauma; she prioritize embodied approaches and the incorporation of mindfulness and yoga where appropriate. She also carries a small private practice caseload.
