Your email address is the primary field in our database. Please keep a note of the name-email address combination you will be using for this registration form and use that combination when signing up for future events.
Couples need TWO email addresses and each person must join in separate on-line transactions. If this is not acceptable to you, then please do not register on-line but use the mail-in form. Couples with one email address MUST use the mail-in form.
FOR TWO-EMAIL-COUPLES ONLY: When registering on-line, you will have the option of turning off receiving emails for one member of the household.
It is recommended that you do not use a small-screened device or phone for filling out the registration form and making payment. If you are using a small-screened device, please enter and proofread carefully, and if you are paying on-line, the payment screen will be in a separate window. Be patient and read and follow all instructions.

Then, you can pay your membership dues securely on-line using your credit/debit card or you will be given the option to mail a check.
If you choose the "pay by check" option, you will receive an email telling you where to mail the check. Checks must be received within a week of registering on-line.
If you do not wish to pay on-line, then please use the "pay by check" option or use the mail-in form available at our web site under the Members menu item. Mail-in forms are also available in the clubroom at the Kuentz Rec Center.

Hint: You only need to provide your street address. We all live in Sun City West! Providing a street address is not a requirement, but some of our activities are home-based.
