37th Harvest Moon Regatta

The annual Harvest Moon Regatta® event has grown from just under 20 boats to over 200—and we are proud of our South Coast Sailing Adventures teams who have placed in the top 3 winners for their class over the years! The 150-nautical mile race begins at the Pleasure Pier in Galveston and follows the Texas coast to Port Aransas over the course of 2 days and 2 nights, when the night sky is dominated by the beautiful harvest moon! Certifications available: ASA 103, 104, 106, 114

Wristband included for Welcome Sailor Rum Party, BBQ banquet and Awards.

Tentative Schedule

Wednesday, 10/16 - 9:00 AM Check-in, crew briefing,

provisioning, regatta safety requirements

Thursday, 10/17 - Race begins 2:00 PM in front of Pleasure Pier

Friday, 10/18 - Time TBD - Arrival in Port A.

Saturday, 10/19 - Banquet, Awards

Sunday, 10/20 - Depart Port A. (ASA 103/104 Combo or ASA 114) by boat or book a return trip by bus from Port A. to Lakewood Yacht Club

Wednesday, 10/23 - Arrival, Seabrook Marina
