The 2024 Spring Women's Leadership Seminar registration is now open! Since 1985, nearly 1,500 women have participated in this impactful program and have gone on to become heads and senior leaders of schools around the world.
Designed to both equip and inspire you as an independent school leader, this weekend-long event is taught by a diverse faculty of female heads of school. Teachers, department and division heads, and administrators alike are all invited to hone their leadership skills and reflect on their leadership journey in community with other women. As one recent participant wrote, "This is singlehandledly the most valuable professional development experience in which I have been involved. The wealth of knowledge and encouragement was unparalleled. I left the weekend inspired and rejuvenated."
In addition to hearing from experts in the field, you will have the opportunity to meet with a designated faculty member mentor. You will also have access to The Heads Network Career Opportunity Center which lists senior leadership openings at member schools.

The seminar fee of $1,250 includes the entire seminar experience including all meals and transportation to/from the seminar hotel and Asheville School. Hotel accommodations and all other transportation are paid for by the attendee.
