Developing the Lateral Thinking tools was the beginning point for Dr. de Bono, as a powerfully elegant set of methods which provide the on-demand need for creativity. This event begins with the two-day learning and use of the 9 lateral tools, followed by the practiced presentation of each of the tools by the trainees. Following the initial two days, you will have an additional two-day format, which can be made flexible via dates and time. This combined four-day experience will give you a comprehensive completeness with the methods which will give you new insights in their use. |
