This session will cover the everyday ebbs and flows of adult relationships in the early childhood classroom. Each adult in the classroom has a role throughout the day. We use the word “choreography” as a way to describe this ebb and flow of responsibility. Without effective choreography, some teachers feel like they are working more than the other or disconnected to one another. This session will help every member of the teaching team develop communication strategies to better that choreography. There will be plenty of laughs and candid discussion about the best and worst choreography moments! |
